We encourage you to contact the property you are interested in directly as the site manager will know which units will be available at any given time. But feel free to contact us here at the main office if you desire.
Our Properties fall into several different categories.
Family Property - accepts any age tenant, children are allowed.
55+ Property - At least one person in the household must be 55 or over, no children are allowed.
62+ Property - head of household must be 62 or over or handicapped or disabled, children are allowed.
Income guidelines apply -There are income restrictions for the property governed by USDA Rural Development, HUD HOME or Low Income Housing Tax Credit guidelines. The site manager will be able to provide you with the income limits for your family size. Note that it is income restricted, not asset restricted. You may still possess a sizeable amount of assets and still qualify if your income is low.
Income guidelines may apply -There are both income restricted and market units available at the property or there are units that do not have rental assistance available.
Market - There are no income restrictions.
